Virtual UGCYour account, your credits and your choices
Check purchases, manage your subscription and decide when to share content with AI.
Before you start
- Access to the same Virtual UGC account used for your purchases.
- You do not need to authorize AI to access settings or request account deletion.
Check your account status
Open Settings. Under Subscription you will see the status and, when available, its expiration. Under Credits you can check your Balance and Transaction History.
Review purchase options
Buy Credits shows the packs Apple makes available in your storefront. Check the price and any outstanding adjustment before confirming. Unused monthly credits are replaced at renewal; purchased credits are retained, but generation requires an active subscription.
Restore or manage your subscription
Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account and Virtual UGC account. Manage or cancel subscription takes you to Apple's options. Restoring does not move a purchase to another account or grant credits that have already been delivered.
Manage AI consent
Open Privacy & AI to read what is shared with the external AI provider. If you previously agreed, Withdraw AI permission stops new submissions; it does not reverse processing of requests already sent.
Prepare for deletion if needed
Save your files first and check your Apple subscription. Use Delete account in Settings and follow the instructions. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel the App Store subscription.
If a purchase does not appear
Keep the receipt and contact [email protected] before buying again. Include the transaction or job identifier and a description of the problem; do not share passwords, keys or card details.
