Terms of use.

Virtual UGC is a content creation service operated by Manuel Montiel Lara. Contact: [email protected]. Use of the app downloaded from the App Store is also subject to Apple's standard license agreement.

Minimum age

Virtual UGC is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. You must meet this minimum age to create an account and use the service.

Content and rights

Only use images, brands and instructions you have the right to share and process. Obtain permission from people depicted. Creating illegal material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonations or material that violates third-party rights is prohibited.

AI can produce errors or unexpected results. Review results before publishing and disclose their artificial origin where appropriate. We do not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy or that a result qualifies for intellectual property protection.

Subscriptions and credits

Generation features require an active subscription and enough credits. Current price, duration and conditions appear before confirming a purchase with Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the conditions shown by Apple. You can manage and restore purchases through the app and your Apple Account.

The subscription includes a credit allocation per cycle. Unused included credits are replaced by the next cycle's allocation. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire, although you need an active subscription to use them. They are not money and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Each generation's cost is shown before it begins. Jobs that definitively fail are credited back according to the source and cycle of their credits; a job still processing remains pending until its outcome is confirmed. Purchases and monetary refunds are handled through Apple. If Apple refunds credits you already used, the outstanding adjustment will be deducted from future packs or credits returned from failed generations; the app shows that adjustment before purchase.

Files and availability

Files have the expiration dates shown in the app. Save results you want to keep to your device. Favorites organize content and do not extend storage. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or by its providers.

Privacy and deletion

Read our privacy policy before sharing content. You can delete your account in the app. Export files you want to keep first. Deletion is irreversible and does not cancel Apple subscriptions.

Support and changes

Contact us if a purchase or generation is not delivered correctly. Include the job or transaction identifier without sensitive payment information. We will publish changes to these terms on this page without limiting your mandatory consumer rights.
