Your content and your data.

What information we use

• Account: account identifier, name and email. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the information Apple provides and you can choose its private email option. To sign in to an existing account with email and password, the authentication service verifies your credentials; the app does not store your password.
• Content: photos, images, instructions, characters, products, businesses (including any address you provide), and results you save or generate.
• Purchases: transaction and product identifiers, subscription status and credit activity. Apple processes the payment; we do not receive your card number.
• Operation and diagnostics: requests and technical logs needed for security, support and troubleshooting. These may include date, IP address, approximate connection country, account or object identifiers, client user agent, response codes and execution times. We do not access GPS location to determine that country.

How we use it

To sign you in, store and retrieve your content, generate images and videos, deliver purchases, prevent misuse and provide support. This version does not include advertising or cross-app tracking tools.

Artificial intelligence processing

Before you use AI, we ask for your authorization in the app. We send to KIE.ai the instructions and images you select to generate or edit content, including photos of people, products or businesses. KIE.ai processes these requests using the models configured for the service. We do not include your email, account name or payment information in the AI request.

KIE.ai’s documentation and its support response dated October 5, 2026 state that its generated files are retained for 14 days. System and task records, including prompts and generation metadata, are retained for approximately two months for operations and troubleshooting. Separate retention periods for all input copies, caches and backups have not been specified. Read KIE.ai's documentation.

The necessary files are made available through temporary links containing identifiers associated with your account. KIE.ai reports that its infrastructure is in the United States; this does not establish all locations used by its providers. Expiring or deleting a link does not delete a copy the provider already retrieved. KIE.ai does not offer a per-task early-deletion API or a guaranteed deadline for that deletion. Read the KIE.ai privacy policy. KIE.ai has told us that it does not use prompts, uploaded inputs or generated outputs to train its own models. This statement does not guarantee exclusion from training, evaluation or review by the model providers, whose own policies apply. Access needed for operations and troubleshooting also does not mean that no person can access the data. Avoid sending sensitive information, and use photos of other people only with their permission.

You can withdraw authorization in Settings → Privacy & AI. This prevents new AI requests and does not reverse processing of requests already sent.

Where it is stored

Authentication, the PostgreSQL database and files are hosted in a Supabase installation managed for Virtual UGC. File access requires authorization or temporary links. Apple participates in authentication and purchases. Hosting and AI providers may process the data needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while you keep your account. The app shows expiration dates for temporary files; download results you want to keep. When you delete your account, we delete your login identity, profile, content and files stored by Virtual UGC. Requests already sent to third parties and records that must legally be retained may be handled differently. Any backups are removed according to their rotation and are not used to restore your account except for technical service recovery.

The Settings → Delete Account option is also available from the subscription screen and without authorizing AI. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription: manage it in your device's subscription settings.

Your choices

You can correct your profile, save your results, withdraw AI consent, delete content and delete your account. To request access, correction or deletion of other data, write to the email above with the information needed to identify your account; never send passwords. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Device permissions

The camera and photo library are used when you choose to capture, select or save images. Notifications are optional and provide local expiration reminders. You can change these permissions in iOS settings.

Changes

We will publish updates on this page. If the content we share with AI or its purpose changes, we will ask for new authorization before using it.
